r_swapInterval is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Graphics group. Vertical synchronisation (VSync). 0 = off, 1 = on. Its default value is "0". The recommended value is "0".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta r_swapInterval "0"
