s_separation is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Audio group. Stereo channel separation for positional audio. Range 0.0 to 1.0. Its default value is "0.5".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta s_separation "0.5"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
