ui_dedicated is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the UI group. Selects whether to start a dedicated server or a listen server from the UI. Its default value is "0".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta ui_dedicated "1"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
