cg_drawRadar is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the HUD group. Controls the radar display. 0 = off, 1 = team only, 2 = full radar. Its default value is "0".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta cg_drawRadar "2"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
