cl_pitchspeed is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Input group. Speed of vertical (pitch) rotation when using keyboard look keys. Its default value is "140".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta cl_pitchspeed "140"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
