in_joyBallScale is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Input group. Sensitivity scale for joystick trackball input. Its default value is "0.02".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta in_joyBallScale "0.02"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
