g_roundjointime is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Gameplay group. Seconds at the start of a round during which late-joining players can enter without waiting. Its default value is "5".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta g_roundjointime "10"
