g_voiceFloodCount is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Server group. Number of voice messages allowed in a period before flood protection activates. Its default value is "6".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta g_voiceFloodCount "4"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
