r_lodCurveError is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Performance group. Error threshold for curved surface level of detail. Its default value is "250".

- Higher values improve curve quality at distance, at a cost to performance. Lower values reduce curve quality to improve performance. Range is 0 (curves always simplified) to 10000 (curves never simplified).
How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta r_lodCurveError "250"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
