g_timeouttospec is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Gameplay group. Seconds of inactivity before an idle player is moved to spectator. Its default value is "15".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta g_timeouttospec "30"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
