g_voteDuration is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Gameplay group. Time in seconds that a vote remains open for players to cast their ballot. Its default value is "60".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta g_voteDuration "30"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
