g_warmup is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Gameplay group. Duration of the warmup period in seconds before a match begins. Its default value is "20".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta g_warmup "20"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
