net_socksServer is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Network group. Hostname or IP address of the SOCKS5 proxy server. It is empty by default.

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta net_socksServer "192.168.1.1"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
