g_voteKickBanTime is a Soldier of Fortune 2 console variable (CVAR) in the Gameplay group. Minutes a player kicked by vote is banned from reconnecting. 0 = kick only, no ban. Its default value is "0".

How to change it
Open the console with ~ and type the command:
seta g_voteKickBanTime "10"
To keep the setting, put the same line (starting with seta) in your config file, such as sof2mp.cfg in the game's base folder.
